This One Takes The Cake

Several of you saw my Tweets (I'm at username MistieT, BTW - follow me!) about my latest birthday cake creation, and I promised to post a photo, so here it is. I love making these special occasion cakes, so what I lack in artistry I try to make up for in enthusiasm. What matters most is that Princess E loved it - and that it only took an hour or so of scrubbing to get the pink icing stains off my hands. :-)
